Windows
  1. Click the TMPros icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner by default)
  2. Select Open a ticket and follow the onscreen instructions.
Mac
  1. Click the TMPros icon in the menu bar (top-right corner)
  2. Select Open a ticket and follow the onscreen instructions.
