Multi-factor Authentication Requirement

As of December 8th, 2022, all TMPros-hosted Amazon Workspaces environments will require Multi-Factor Authentication. Users must type the 6-digit MFA passcode from the Duo app for each sign-in.
MFA Enrollment
Please refer to the email you receive regarding Duo “MFA Enrollment.” Enrollment is the process that registers you as a user in Duo with a device capable of performing two-factor authentication. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your Duo authentication device.
Sign-in Process
After enrolling in Duo MFA, you will be able to log into your Workspace by:
- Launching Amazon Workspaces
- Typing your username as normal
- Typing your password as normal
- Typing your MFA Code from your Duo Mobile App
