   This is my third or fourth purchase of E-Z Ink compatible toner cartridges for my Brother AIO printer. The printer recognizes these cartridges without a problem. They came safely packaged with clear instructions. Remove from package, insert, and the printer will run through a diagnostics, accept the cartridges and all set to go. Their compatible replacement dum unit is also no hassle and work just like the OEM ones. I bought four of them and they are working flawlessly too.

   This toner is super easy to use in the essence that it pops in and out of our printer quickly. It also lasts an incredibly long time. I do not print daily, maybe a couple times a week. But we have gotten several years of use out of each cartridge

   Text looks fantastic!Photos (without any tuning, which I haven’t done, because I don’t normally print images) are (just) acceptable, and don’t look any better or worse than what Brother’s official cartridges produce.When I first installed these cartridges, the yellow unit was still showing as “Low”. Customer service responded to my email inquiry in just a few hours and provided me with the reset steps necessary to fix the issue. I was skeptical, but the procedure worked!Especially at a fraction of the cost of Brother’s alternatives, this product is a no-brainer.

   Good price, but the Magenta and Cyan cartridge is leaving a slight pattern. It’s subtle but it’s there. I replaced my original cartridges and it mostly went away. So there may be something else going on with my printer, but I’d also expect some ghosting at the end of life of a cartridge. That it’s more noticeable with the new, tells me something isn’t right. Printed a dozen sheets to see if it would clear up, but it hasn’t. Not sure it’s worth the hassle to try and get it replaced as I mostly print directions and recipes. For the cost I think I will live with it. I think I’ll run through more prints and make a decision.

   All of the color cartridges worked beautifully, however, neither of the black cartridges did. Unfortunately, my return window is long closed so I’m stuck with two black cartridges that don’t work in the middle of my work day. The above was my original post with 2 stars. I’m updating it to 5 because they actually replaced all the cartridges just from my review. I never contacted them directly.
